TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and Cashygo INC., a Delaware corporation located at 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1209, Newark, DE 19711, USA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your access to and use of the Cashygo.com website and mobile application (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RULES (ANTI-FRAUD)

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
Single Account Policy: Only one (1) account is permitted per person, household, and IP address.
Strict Prohibition: Registering multiple accounts or using automated means to create accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCT (FRAUD PREVENTION)

To maintain the integrity of our rewards ecosystem, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Location Masking: Use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any other location-disguising tools is strictly forbidden and results in an account ban.
Automation and Fraud: Use of bots, scripts, spiders, emulators, or virtual machines to complete tasks or simulate activity.
Tampering: Attempting to interfere with the Site's security or the attribution systems of our partners.
Deceptive Practices: Providing false information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

4. THE CASHYGO POINTS (CG) REWARDS SYSTEM

Nature of CG: CashyGo utilizes a virtual rewards point system known as CashyGo Points ("CG"). CG are not legal tender, do not constitute a financial deposit, and have no cash value. CG represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use a virtual currency within the Service.
No Property Rights: You acknowledge that you do not own the CG in your account. CG are not your property and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to any third party.
Conversion Rate: For redemption purposes, the current conversion rate is 1,000 CG = $1.00 USD. Cashygo INC. reserves the right to modify this conversion rate or the point values of offers at any time without prior notice.
Welcome Bonus: New verified users may receive a one-time sign-up bonus. The amount is shown in the app at the time of registration and Cashygo INC. may change or withdraw it at any time without prior notice.
Attribution Requirement: CG are credited only upon successful tracking via our Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), including Adjust and AppsFlyer. If a task is not successfully attributed due to technical issues, Cashygo INC. is not obligated to provide manual CG credits.

5. REDEMPTION AND PAYOUTS

Redemption Threshold: You may request to redeem your CG for rewards (payouts) once your verified balance reaches a minimum of 5,000 CG (equivalent to $5.00 USD).
Non-Financial Institution Status: Cashygo INC. is a rewards platform and is not a bank or financial institution. The "USD" value shown in the dashboard is an estimated redemption value and does not represent a balance in a bank account.
Payment Processor: Redemption requests are fulfilled through third-party providers such as Tremendous.
Verification (KYC): We utilize Didit for identity verification — see Didit's Privacy Policy — and MaxMind for risk scoring. Verifications completed before July 2026 were processed by Veriff. Cashygo INC. reserves the right to require KYC at any time, specifically before the first redemption or when high-risk flags are detected.
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes associated with your redemptions. US residents earning over $600 USD annually may be required to provide a Form W-9 for IRS reporting.

6. REVERSALS AND DORMANCY

Chargebacks: If an advertiser reverses a payment to us due to fraud, non-compliance, or VPN usage, we reserve the right to deduct the equivalent CG from your account balance.
Dormancy: Accounts with no login or task activity for six (6) consecutive months will be deemed "Dormant." Cashygo INC. reserves the right to close Dormant accounts and void all accumulated CG balances.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CASHYGO INC. PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Class Action Waiver: YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
