Delete your CashyGo account

CashyGo is operated by CASHYGO INC. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the website.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your CashyGo account, in the app or on cashygo.com. The steps are the same in both.
2. Open your Profile and select “Edit Profile”.
3. In the “Settings” section, select “Delete Account”.
4. A confirmation window opens. Confirm by selecting “Delete Account”.
5. We send an email to your registered address. Click the link in that email to finish. The link is valid for 24 hours.

What happens next

• Your account is closed when you click the confirmation link in the email. After that, you can no longer sign in.
• We keep some records, such as transaction and identity verification records, for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy, to meet legal obligations.
• Unused points can no longer be used once your account is deleted. Use your points before you delete your account.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account.
