How to Get Free Uber Eats Credit

How to Get Free Uber Eats Credit

Uber Eats credit that costs you nothing comes from four places: a promo for inviting a new customer, promos Uber and restaurants put in your account, the Uber One free trial, and Uber Eats gift cards earned on a rewards platform. The first three are discounts on an order you still partly pay for. Only a gift card puts a balance in your account that can cover a whole order.

The Uber terms quoted below are from Uber’s own pages as of October 2026 and describe the US.

What “Uber Eats credit” means

Three different things get called credit:

A promo takes money off one order. Uber Cash is a balance that pays for orders.

1. Your invite code

Uber’s promo page describes the referral program this way: “When someone places an Uber Eats order for the first time using your invite code, you’ll get a promo.” You find the code in your account after signing in, and Uber says you can share it “with as many people as you’d like.”

Three limits to keep in mind:

2. Promos already in your account

Uber’s page says: “Available promotions might be listed under your Uber Eats account,” and “Select restaurants might also offer promotions to reward customers for spending a certain amount.” Before every order, open the promotions section of your account and look for restaurant offers on the home feed.

Two rules from the same page:

The second rule is the useful one. A promo and a gift card balance work together on the same order.

3. The Uber One free trial

Uber One is Uber’s paid membership. Its page lists a $0 Delivery Fee on eligible food and grocery orders over a minimum subtotal, and up to 10% off eligible delivery and pickup orders over the minimum.

Uber’s terms say a 4-week free trial is available to eligible first-time members: “Free trial is only available to eligible first time members, unless you receive an offer to re-join Uber One.”

This is savings on fees, not a balance, and it applies only above the minimum subtotal. It is a paid membership once the trial is over. Uber’s page says you can cancel with no additional fees. If you want only the free period, read the renewal date on the sign-up screen and set a reminder the day you start. ## 4. Uber Eats gift cards you earn

Uber’s gift card page says the cards “also apply to Uber Eats orders.” Once redeemed, the value becomes Uber Cash. From Uber’s terms of use:

A free gift card comes from a rewards platform, which pays you for completing tasks that advertisers and researchers fund. CashyGo has an Uber Eats gift card among its rewards, and it works for US users. The numbers:

You pick from the available tasks, build up points, and request the card on the withdraw page, which shows the card amounts you can choose. Requests are usually approved within 24 hours and the code is delivered after approval. Add the code to your Uber account, and the balance is there the next time you check out in Uber Eats.

CashyGo’s FAQ states there is no guaranteed daily income. What you earn depends on the offers open to you and the time you put in. One account per person, and no VPN or proxy. If you are comparing platforms first, the guide to get-paid-to sites explains how they work and what to check.

What does not work

FAQ

Can I get a completely free Uber Eats order?

Yes, when your gift card Uber Cash covers the order total. Promos and the Uber One trial reduce an order but usually leave something to pay.

Can I use two promo codes on one order?

No. Uber allows one promo code per order, combined with Uber credits and other discounts.

Does Uber Cash from a gift card expire?

No. Uber’s US terms say gift card value never expires. Promotional Uber Cash that Uber itself gives you can expire, and Uber tells you the date.

How many points do I need for an Uber Eats gift card on CashyGo?

The card’s value times 1,000. Cashout starts at 5,000 points, and the withdraw page shows the amounts available.
